Clare Manning PsyD, Clinical Psychologist
My Treatment Approach
I believe the most positive transformational aspect of therapy is when someone feels listened to... really listened to. When this occurs, many levels of healing are possible. Ambitions may be discovered or recovered, losses and sorrows may be grieved for the first time or for the thousandth time, and self-awareness and self-esteem can emerge in new ways. My approach focuses on developing an inner dialogue with yourself that is is compassionate and restorative. All sessions are virtual over various Telehealth platforms.
